Willard Peak

Every year since me and Chet have been together we have always gone up to Willard Peak.
Since we have been back we haven't had the chance to till Saturday.
We invited Jake and Alyse to come along with us...
It turned out to be a good day to go even though it was still cold.
We weren't able to make it to the top cause of all the snow but it was still a lot of fun!!

Fall time

Instead of having a halloween party with my family this year we decided to do a fall harvest.
We had yummy taco soup and pumpkin rolls.
I was put incharge of the game and didn't know how it would turn out....
but it was a lot of fun and everyone got some good laughs over it!!
Bascially its like musical chairs but everyone is blindfolded and look for bats instead of using chairs.

One round it came down to Dale and Chet and it was very competative :)

and Chet won!!!... don't ask me what he is doing with this face? :)

A week ago Chet wanted to carve pumpkins and then watch a scary movie to get in the mood for halloween. Jake and Alyse were carving their pumpkins that night so we just joined in together.
After me and Chet probably only watched a few mintues of the scary movie we rented then turned it off :) (were getting to be big weenies as we get older)

I think he is trying to make the face of his pumpkin???

Brigham City Temple Open House

Cambria planned a family trip to go see the Brigham City Temple.
It was a lot of fun to see the new temple!!
I forget how lucky we are to live so close to the Logan and now the Brigham City Temple.
In Texas we lived 2 hours away from the closest temple.
Now that I live blocks away from the temple it makes me want to go as much as I can.
I'm grateful that we have such spiritual places here on the earth!!

Fun back in Utah

Its been great being back!!!

We have spent a lot of our time enjoying the past few months outside before it gets way to cold.

We've been up the Canyon a lot going on 4 wheel rides with Chets parents and their friends along with having campfires with the Weeks. Not to mention even playing the Ellis family sunday night game of Croquet.

The plan was to leave on the 1st of September but we decided to come home a week early!!
We split up the 24 hour ride back home....
We left Saturday at 11pm and drove through the night and into Sunday...
Lets just say I wouldn't want to take that ride everyday with nothing to really look and no AC.

Our first stop was in Moab where we spent the night with Zac, Danyi, and Raiden.
Monday morning we all went out to get breakfast and then made the way back to Logan.
It was fun to see the Moore's, and wished we had more time to visit.

We made a few more stops along the way to see our friends....
First stop was to see the Fuamatu's to drop things off they didn't have room to bring back from Texas.
It was fun to see them and to catch up since they have been back in Utah.
Then we made our way to Primary's Children Hospital to see the Willden's and their cute baby :)
We took them out to eat and was so excited to finally eat some Costa Vida!!

Our plan was to suprise my parents and brothers....
It didn't work out that well cause they weren't even home.
I think I should of done a better job at planning the suprise attack!!
So we just stopped on our way to see Dale, Cam, Stella and finally meet Landon.

We got to see Chet's parents that night as well, and they were nice to let us stay with them till we could move into our place.

The next day we stopped by at lunch to suprise my parents and brothers...
They already knew that we were back so it wasn't much of a suprise
It's way nice being back in Logan and living so close to friends and family!!

Birthday Boy!!

Look who is now 27!!! We went out to celebrate the day before by going to dinner and doing some b-day shopping. On his actual birthday it was pretty low key cause he was working all day....We had his favorite meal (enchiladas) for dinner. Later some of his friends come over for cake and ice cream.

Im so grateful to have Chet is my life!!! Im pretty sure my life would be boring with out him around.

He is always making me laugh and is one of the happiest people I know. He is my best friend and is always there for me when I need him. Chet's pretty much the best husband, and I'm one lucky girl to have him!! Happy birthday babe!!!! I Love you!!!
